Settle into the altitude with rest and an intentional Opening Circle
Arrival and check-in at Ladakh Serai. Come together for the Opening Circle with Jenil — a gentle introduction to the retreat, the practice, and each other.
- 2
Into the Practice
Your first full morning session with Jenil — asana, pranayama, and breath-led movement as the sun rises over the Himalayas. Return for lunch at Ladakh Sarai. An evening yoga and meditation session with Jenil closes the day.
- 3
Village, Hike & Ladakhi Kitchen
Morning yoga with Jenil, followed by breakfast. A hands-on Ladakhi culinary class — learning the food traditions of this land before sitting down together to enjoy the meal. Evening yoga and meditation with Jenil, followed by dinner.
- 4
Pangong Lake Day Trip
An early start — tea, light breathwork, and breakfast before the group sets off for Pangong Lake. Arrive at Pangong — one of the world's highest saltwater lakes, stretching across the India-China border in a shimmer of impossible blue. Return to Ladakh Sarai as the light fades.
- 5
Integration & Closing Circle
A final morning yoga session with Jenil. Lunch together, and then the Closing Circle — a meditation and sharing session with Jenil where the retreat finds its natural completion. A bonfire evening with music under the Ladakhi sky — the retreat's final gathering.

Departure
A final breakfast together before check-out.
